AT200 New Cable for Reading B48/B58 ISN on Bench

When AT200 updates to V1.7.3, you will have these two functions free:
B48 B58 Read ISN (Bench)   
BOSCH ME17.8.8 (Boot) Read/Write Data

To use the B48 B58 Read ISN on Bench, you will need this new cable.

AT200 1.7.3 Update (2020-6-8)
1. Add ME17.8.8 (TC1728)boot mode: Identify read password, read and write Dflash/Pflash (Need to authorize)
2. Add ECU (BMW/Mini)read and write ISN, Vin: EDC17CP02
3. Add "Check Update" Button
4. Fix some bugs and optimize software performance.



AT200 V1.7.2 Update
1. Added TC1742 ECU Type below:
Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Ducati, FIAT, Hyundai, Kia, Mahindra, Seat, Skoda, Suzuki, UAZ, Volkswagen (VW)
2. Added TC1782 ECU Type below :
Audi, Citroen, Dacia, FIAT, Ford, Honda, JMC, Nissan, Opel, Peugeot, Renault, Seat, Skoda, Smart, Toyota, Vauxhall, Volkswagen (VW)
3. Added ECU(bmw/Mini) read and write ISN, VIN: EDC17CP45, EDC17CP49, MEVD17.2.H, MEVD17.2.3
4. Fix problem that connection timeout of some ECU (mev17.2) (Need to use B48 platform cable).
5. Fix some bugs and optimize software performance.
